When you’re a kid and you get hurt
You cried loud!
To know that you’re crying
and felt that you’re in pain
Now that you’re an adult and get hurt
You silently crying!
To hide that you’re in pain
and nobody knows that you’re hurting.
It is all about words. Your words are enough to shatter someone's heart. Your words are enough to make a broken heart unbroken. Words have the power to change your life perspectives.
When you’re a kid and you get hurt
You cried loud!
To know that you’re crying
and felt that you’re in pain
Now that you’re an adult and get hurt
You silently crying!
To hide that you’re in pain
and nobody knows that you’re hurting.
Thank you ♥️

It’s so true. Sometimes it’s better to let it out. This post was really good as it reminds me the importance of listening to others 😊

Exactly. You have to fake that everything is fine like a flight attendant on a plane that is about to crash…

True! It is because we do not want to show our vulnerable side to anyone. Crying is often misunderstood as weakness.

Ouch….that’s the problem with adults…we cry in silence, we wept alone..
