Bahay Kubo

Munti kong ituring ngunit hatid ay dalisay
Sa pagnanais nang kapahingaan 
Kapara ng pag-ibig ko sa'yo
Ikaw ang nagsisilbing pahinga ko

Ang kapagurang aking natatamasa
Ay kusang naglalaho kapag ika'y nasisilayan
Gaya ng munting bintanang parisukat
Lundayan ng ating matamis na pagdudungawan

Sa ating bahay kubo tangan ay liwanag
Na nagpapakulay sa ating pag-iibigan
Hindi man tayo marangya sa materyal
Pagmamahalan naman ay walang kapares. 

Sigalot na ating nararanasan, 
Agarang napupuksa ng iyong kalinga, 
Mahal, wala kang kapara. 
Kaya hindi kita ipagpapalit. 

Patuloy kitang mamahalin sa paraan ko, 
Kung saan lagi kang masaya, 
Ibig mo'y siya kong nais.
Ang makapiling ka sa tuwina. 

Ikaw ang tangi kong liwanag, 
Na aking pakakaingatan ko. 
Hindi ako mapaparam kailanman

I've been searching for a star
but I find myself
roaming on galaxy,

I've been searching for the sun
and I find life
shielded of light

I've been searching for the moon
then I find me
glowing in the dark

I've been searching for the universe
then I find you
building life with me. 

You are my star, 
Wandering on my galaxy
Amaze on the amusement 

You are my sun
Guarded me of your light
On my wickedness

You are my moon, 
Keep me beaming
Through my dusky

You are my universe
Igniting me to be with you
Be part of you and I. 

Coz I've been looking you
For so long
Waiting for our sunsets. 

Coz you are my life
That I want to spent

Sometimes,

 You left of people without even noticing.
 You stop thinking of them every day.
 You stop waiting for them to reply to you.
 You stop allowing them to take up
 so much space in your life.

You move on,
 You go about your day without worrying about them.
 You stop expecting them to come back with an apology.
 You accept that they are no longer a part of your life.
 You just let them go,

How to Love a Man
	


	
	

		






UNDERSTAND. He will never be perfect. At some point he will be inconsistent. Sometimes he will be impatient. Sometimes it will be hard for him to handle your mood swings. He gets angry too. His mood changes as well.





FREEDOM. Give him the freedom to do the things that he likes. Do not box him. Do not choke him in the neck. The truth is, if he really loves you, he will never do things that will hurt you. He has a life to live so do not take that away from him. You are not his world. You are just a part of it.





RECIPROCATE. Make efforts for him too. Ask him how his day went. Ask him what went wrong. Love him hard as well. Be patient with him too.





RESPECT. You have to respect his choices and decisions. Give him respect that he deserves.





AFFECTION. Show him that you care. Wrap him with warm hugs. Show to him that you are always there for him.





ATTENTION. Like you, he needs your attention too. He needs reassurance as well that he is the only one for you. Do not give him reasons to doubt you.





There will never be a perfect man. At some point, you will get disappointed and upset because he did not become the man you expect him to be. But because you love him you accept every bits of him. If he is worth the risk, keep him. .
